Stacy has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Berea College (Berea, KY) and a Master of Arts Degree in Business Administration from Tusculum College (Greenville, TN). He has been the Director of Financial Services at the University of Illinois-Springfield (Springfield, IL), Assistant Director of Financial and Enrollment Services at Virginia Tech (Blacksburg, VA) and the Veteran’s Services Officer at Virginia Highlands College (Abingdon, VA). He is also a former Marine Officer, and Military Policeman, and is currently a well certified Lead Consultant Engineer for Verizon’s Global Engineering Solutions group.
